Which one does your home actually need?
A general clean maintains a home that's already in good order. A deep clean resets a home that's fallen behind, or gets it ready before your first regular visit begins.
General clean
For homes cleaned on a regular schedule — weekly, fortnightly or monthly — where the last visit was recent enough that maintenance is all that's needed. Typical price is for a 2–3 bedroom, 1 bathroom home; larger homes or longer gaps between visits cost a little more.
Deep clean
For a first visit, a home that's fallen behind, a pre-sale reset, or before guests or family arrive — inside the oven, skirtings, window tracks and behind light, moveable furniture. For safety we don't shift heavy items like wardrobes or bed frames.

House cleaning starts from $150 per visit for a general clean, or $195 per visit for a deep clean or one-off. We quote a fixed price after seeing the property, so the number on your first invoice is the number you agreed to.

No. Every clean includes our vacuums, mops, microfibre cloths and cleaning products. If you prefer a specific product, leave it out and we'll use it instead and note it on your checklist.
Yes. Every cleaner is employed and trained by us, holds a current police check, and works under our public liability insurance. Certificates of currency are available on request.
Yes. We assign the same cleaner or small team to your property so they learn the house and your preferences, rather than rotating different people through each visit.
Most regular clients are out when we clean. We can work from a key safe, lockbox, spare key held securely at our office, or a smart lock code, recorded on your property file.
No, those are quoted as add-ons rather than built into the standard rate: inside the oven, inside windows, a fridge and freezer clean-out, wall and skirting spot-cleaning, and balcony or outdoor areas. Ask for any of these when you enquire and we'll price it into your schedule.
Not currently — bond and end-of-lease cleans are one-off jobs that don't fit well around our regular clients' schedules, and a specialist end-of-lease cleaner will usually do it faster and more thoroughly. If you want a one-off deep clean for another reason, that's exactly what our deep clean above covers.
