What's included in every commercial clean
This is the standard scope for a shop, clinic, studio or office — and it's a starting point, not a fixed list. We'll adjust it to your floor plan and add extras like carpet steam cleaning or window cleaning where they're actually useful (see below). If you're after the shared areas of a building rather than a single tenancy, see our strata & common area cleaning page instead.
Floors & entryways
Vacuumed and mopped, entry mats reset, high-traffic areas prioritised so the first impression is always right.
Kitchens & break rooms
Benches, sink, microwave and fridge exteriors wiped, bins emptied, ready for the next shift.
Bathrooms & amenities
Full clean of every fixture, mirrors and glass polished, and a stock check so you're never caught short.
Desks & surfaces
General surfaces wiped and bins emptied — papers and files left exactly where you leave them.
Glass & entry doors
Front glass and internal partitions spot-cleaned so fingerprints and smudges never sit there for days.
Rubbish & recycling
Bins emptied, liners replaced, waste and recycling taken to the collection point every visit.
Add exactly what your business needs
Set once on your contract and we run it every visit, or request it as a one-off. Prices are indicative and confirmed on your quote.
From enquiry to your first clean
Walk-through and scope
We visit the site, understand the layout, hours and access, and build a written scope from that — not a generic checklist.
A fixed weekly quote
One number, billed monthly — not itemised line-by-line, and not adjusted without asking you first.
After-hours clean
The same small team, every visit, working to the agreed scope with minimal disruption to your trading hours.
Reported and reviewed
Low stock or anything needing maintenance gets flagged, and the scope gets reviewed periodically as your business changes.
Why local businesses choose us
Every cleaner on your contract is employed and trained by us, not subcontracted out to whoever's available that week. That matters for a business handing over keys and an alarm code — you get the same faces, and one company accountable for the work, not a rotating roster of strangers.
Shopfronts on this coast deal with the same salt air that ages residential glass and metal fittings faster than inland — front doors, window frames and signage need a fortnightly wipe to stop the film building up, and it's built into our standard visit rather than treated as an extra.
Kiama is a tourist town, and foot traffic on weekends and school holidays can be double a normal weekday — which is exactly when a shop or café can least afford a cleaning gap. Being based locally rather than sending a crew down from Wollongong means we can hold a schedule through the busy periods that actually matter.
Commercial cleaning prices in Kiama
Commercial cleaning starts from $240 per week for a small shop or office, billed monthly. It's one fixed weekly rate rather than an hourly charge, so the number on your quote is the number on every invoice.
What changes the price:
- Floor area and layout of the site
- How often we visit — nightly and multi-visit schedules cost more than once weekly
- Add-ons switched on for the contract, like consumables or window cleaning
- Access requirements, such as after-hours entry to a shared building
Commercial cleaning across Kiama & the South Coast
We're based in Kiama and on the road to these suburbs every day, which is what makes an after-hours schedule reliable rather than a hope.

A small shop or office under 100 square metres, cleaned weekly, starts from $240 per week billed monthly. A medium office or clinic between 100 and 250 square metres starts from $380 per week. Larger sites, multi-tenant buildings or daily cleaning are quoted after a walk-through.
Floors, entryways, kitchens and break rooms, bathrooms and amenities, general desk and surface wiping, internal glass and rubbish and recycling are all standard. Carpet steam cleaning, window cleaning inside and out, high-touch disinfection, floor strip and seal, and one-off resets after an event are priced as add-ons.
Mostly after hours, once your team or customers have left for the day, so cleaning never gets in the way of trading. We can also work around a night shift, a specific closing time, or a business that needs a midday service — tell us your hours and we'll build the schedule around them.
A key, an alarm code, a lockbox or a building's after-hours entry system — whatever your site already uses. Access details are recorded on your property file and only shared with the cleaners assigned to your contract.
Weekly is the minimum for a standard contract, but most shops, clinics and offices with regular foot traffic go two or three times a week, and some go nightly. Frequency is one of the things we quote around, and you can change it later as the business changes.
Yes. We arrive with our own vacuums, mops, microfibre cloths and cleaning products, so there's nothing for you to store, order or run out of for the standard clean. Consumables like toilet paper, soap and bin liners are monitored and topped up as a separate add-on, billed at cost.
Yes. Every cleaner is employed and trained by us, not subcontracted out, holds a current police check, and works under our public liability insurance. Certificates of currency are available on request for your own records or a building manager.
Yes. Businesses with multiple locations across Kiama and the South Coast move to a single monthly invoice covering every site, with one point of contact rather than a separate arrangement per location.
Call us directly rather than using the online form — we hold some capacity for exactly this. A one-off reset after an event, a spill, or before an inspection or open day is quoted as a standalone job, no ongoing contract required.
No lock-in contract. You can increase or decrease frequency, add or drop consumables, or cancel with reasonable notice as your business changes — the scope gets reviewed periodically rather than fixed at sign-up and forgotten.
Tell us about the site. We'll come back within one business day.
No obligation and no sales visit unless you want one.
