One patch, split by the river
Kiama Downs and Minnamurra sit right next to each other along the coast between Kiama and Shellharbour, split by the mouth of the Minnamurra River, and we treat them as one patch because the character is so similar: mostly full-time residents rather than holiday homes, in a mix of established beachside houses and a growing number of knockdown-rebuilds and renovations as beachside land here keeps getting more sought-after.
That renovation activity means a fair chunk of our work here is a proper first clean after a reno or rebuild — construction dust, paint overspray, tradie grime — before a home settles into a normal maintenance schedule. Minnamurra's river mouth and the beaches around Killalea State Park also bring the same salt-air and sand considerations as anywhere on this stretch of coast, if a little less intense than a place sitting right on the sand.
We're based in Kiama, and Kiama Downs and Minnamurra are about as close as it gets — usually under ten minutes. That makes them some of the easiest suburbs for us to fit in an extra visit or respond quickly if something's come up, and it's where a lot of our longest-standing regular clients are.

Yes. A post-renovation or new-build first clean is different to a regular visit — construction dust, paint overspray and trade grime all need addressing properly before a normal schedule starts. We quote that first clean separately.
